MemoMind Smart Glasses Preview: Specs, AI, Price & More

Since release of its demo at CES 2026, MemoMind smart glasses have become the hottest trend among smart glasses fanatics (like me), that’s because to the impressive features of these AI smart glasses and their standout design and capabilities compared to other models. Pre-orders began in April 2026, and the first models will arrive in June.

Now, let’s take a closer look at these glasses. In this guide, I will provide a full preview of the MemoMind One model made by XGIMI. Its release is very soon and is highly anticipated by many and we will find out why!

Pros & Cons
  • + They look like normal glasses with a small design.
  • + Two Micro OLED displays on both lenses in waveguide technology for AR experience in both eyes.
  • + Several customization options for the frame, tumbles, lenses, and other materials with different sizes and shapes.
  • + Integrated with AI and supports 26 languages.
  • + It can display messages, notifications, maps, scripts, stocks, translation, and many more.
  • + The sound quality is great and they are equipped with speakers
  • + You can adjust the display so that it aligns naturally with your line of sight.
  • Relies heavily on the smartphone and the Memomind app (it does not have a standalone controller like Meta Ray-Ban Display Neural Band)
  • The display is text-only and in digital green (monochrome) like the Even Realities G1; it cannot display images or videos.
  • The green display reflection is visible to others, unlike Meta Ray-Ban.
  • It doesn’t have a camera, but many users consider this a plus rather than a flaw.
Why We liked It

There aren’t many smart glasses that you can fully customize like Memomind. You can choose from 8 different designs for the frame shape, whether round or square, 4 styles of the type of temples, which are available in titanium, matte, and other options, and decide on the size, whether thin or thick. You can even customize the lenses. Another highlight is the many features powered by a large battery that lasts longer than any other glasses we’ve reviewed, with up to 16 hours of mixed use according to the manufacturer.

You can chat with the AI and fully customize the glasses to your needs. You can display text, get real-time translation for 26 different languages, check the weather and time, record audio, and they’re extremely useful for studying and work in general. They offer most of the best features of smart glasses.

In fact, I was impressed by Mimomind’s bold decision not to integrate a camera into its smart glasses. The camera is a controversial feature in smart glasses manufacturing, and many users have complained that they are unable to wear glasses with a camera because it makes them feel awkward. Mimomind took advantage of this opportunity.

Perfect for people looking for smart glasses that look natural, are compact, and don’t feel awkward or heavy on the face. They’re also ideal for those seeking a tool to help them tackle daily life and simple tasks more efficiently, whether with or without AI.

I find them great for work, study, special occasions, and even simple everyday tasks. I can imagine how useful they’ll be for my work as a smart glasses content creator.

They are great for people that are looking for smart glasses that fit their life style with the style and design they like

Design

With Memomind glasses, you can choose from 8 different styles! Unlike most glasses, such as Ray Ban Meta, which come in a single Wayfarer style, Memomind offers a variety of styles such as classic, modern, casual, or even Wayfarer.

As for the temples, there are 5 interchangeable types available that can accommodate prescription lenses or sunglasses. This variety in options and customization have made many users interested in these smart glasses because they can choose the best design and style for them.

MemoMind Smart Glasses

As for their appearance, they look just like any ordinary pair of glasses, without exaggeration. They weigh no more than 50 grams which makes them even more special compared to the 80 grams of meta ray ban dispaly, and there are no cameras or other prominent features that would suggest they are smart glasses.

Performance

Since the MemoMind do not have a camera, their battery is expected to last longer than other models such as the Even Realities G2. MemoMind has stated that their glasses offer 18 hours of mixed use and a full week of use with the charging case. However, only user experiences will determine the actual battery life once the glasses are released in June.

As for the display, it has two small projectors using waveguide technology that project (Green Monochrome) and content for a square crafted on both lenses, allowing you to easily view AR such as maps, messages, notifications, notes, and text without disconnecting you from the real world. What’s unique is that people can barely tell there’s any content on your glasses’ lenses. These extremely small projectors are placed at the corner of the glasses, between the lenses and the temples.

AI in MemoMind

Compared to meta AI in Ray-ban Meta Memomind comes with a hybrid AI system that combines OpenAI, Azure and Qwen. This combinations allows the glasses to pick the right AI for each use.

Artificial intelligence offers features such as navigation and instant translation, as well as notes and pop-ups that appear from time to time, and other features that you can fully customize through the Memomind app on your smartphone.

Let’s say you’re standing next to someone speaking Spanish and you want a real-time translation so you can understand what he says. You turn the MemoMind app, you select the language (Spanish), and the translation will appear right in front of your eyes as text.

This feature has earned the satisfaction from many experts and users for its smooth performance in the demo. If MemoMind makes this feature more fast and accurate than Meta and Google smart glasses, it will be a game-changer for the future of these glasses.

Audio

The Mimomind One outperforms the Even G2 glasses by featuring speakers on both arms; it doesn’t just capture sound, but it also understands the context of the conversation and provides pop-ups and notes feedback assistance through the “Conversant” feature.

Initial tests of the glasses have demonstrated clear and efficient sound even in crowded places such as markets.

💡 SmartGlasses VR Tip

Although the initial demo looks promising, I recommend not rushing to buy the glasses until the full specs are announced, especially regarding battery life, as this type of AR display consumes a lot of power. I recommend waiting a little while until we see user feedback and all the specs are revealed.

Summary

The MemoMind glasses are one of the most promising smart glasses set to be released soon in June. I can’t wait to try them out. Pre-orders became available recently in April.

What do you think of the Memomind glasses? Do you think they’ll beat the models currently on the market, and do you mind the lack of a camera? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
